Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Here is exactly what happens:
- Deleted immediately and permanently: your TENACE Cloud account (email + credentials) and all data stored in the cloud — workouts, sets, plans, body measurements, challenges, badges, and settings.
- Not deleted: workout data saved locally on your phone. The app keeps working offline. You can erase local data inside the app under Settings if you wish.
Option 1 — In the app (easiest)
Open TENACE → Settings → Cloud Sync → Delete Account. Two confirmations, done.
Option 2 — Right here
Sign in with your TENACE account credentials and confirm. This works even if you no longer have the app installed.
Forgot your password?
Reset it from the app's sign-in screen (Forgot password?), or email us at contact@tenace.fit from the address you registered with and we will process the deletion for you.
